Truck driver Klaus Buegermeister was cruising at about 60 mph on the autobahn in Germany when he was pulled over by a police officer. Why? There was a little Smart Car wedged to the front of his truck – with a terrified driver inside.
Buergermeister, 53, had pushed the car for two miles without even knowing it. “I thought I felt a bump,” he told police, but figured he’d drove over a pothole or something.” Buergermeister wasn’t charged with a crime, and the Smart Car driver, Andreas Bolga, 48, was uninjured. “I tried to drive away but couldn’t,” explained Bolga. “I looked up through my sunroof and could see the driver, but he didn’t notice me.”
